But, The Worst And Most Dangerous Type Has Got To Be The "Passive Aggressive, Easily Threatened, & Self Righteous" Manager At Least The Others Weren't Concealing Who/What They Were, And I Was Able To Move Accordingly And/Or Remove Myself If Needed. Whereas, Having Someone Who Seems To Do Very Strange And Calculated Things, And Who Also Seems To Get Mad At You Out Of Nowhere While Never Addressing Any Issues And Instead Will Just Punish You With Their Silence And The Cold Shoulder It's Such A Mindfk. Imi Genuinely Thought I Might Have Been Going Crazy And Imagining Things. Having An Extremely Insecure And Passive Aggressive Authority Figure Is What I Imagine An Abusive Relationship Would Feel Like Someone Who's Supposed To Be A Support System For You But Is Constantly Sabotaging You Behind The Scenes, Does Things To Make You Feel Less Than Or Insecure Bc They Go Through Stages Of Alienating You And Being Short/Cold/Unavailable As If You Did Something That Upset Them, Followed By Periods Of Excessive Friendliness All Of A Sudden To Build You Back Up, All Just To Then Tear You Down Again Later Extreme And Frequent "Highs And Lows". I Would Much Rather Be Confronted If I Make A Mistake, And I Appreciate Constructive Criticism And Clear Expectations If You Do "Xyz", Then "This" Will Happen. But, I Firmly Believe That People Reap What They Sow In Life, And I Can't Imagine That Too Many People Who Value Themselves Would Want To Stick Around For A Merry Go Round Of Emotions And Gaslighting. I Am Thankful For The Life Lesson And Experience I Gained In That Cycle, And I Am Grateful God Put Me Where He Needed Me In Order For Him To Propel Me Onward To Better Things He Had In Store All Along. #Life #Workingmom
