Once the butter is melted, add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. 4. Once the marshmallows are melted, remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract. 5. Pour the rice crispies, chips, and cap'n crunch into the saucepan with the melted marshmallow mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold the cereal into the marshmallow mixture until it's evenly coated. 6. Once the cereal mix is coated with the marshmallow mixture, quickly transfer it to the prepared baking pan. Use the spatula or spoon to spread the mixture evenly in the pan, pressing down gently to compact it. 7. In a medium bowl, add white chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in increments of 20 seconds until completely melted. Stir in between each increment. 8. Drizzle white chocolate over top of rice crispies. You can either leave the white chocolate in a drizzle pattern, or use a spatula to spread it evenly creating a thin layer. 9. Allow the rice crispy treats to cool and set in the pan for at least an hour. You can speed up the process by placing the pan in the refrigerator. 10.
