Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in cooked chopped chicken, half of the french fried onions, and pierogies. Transfer the pierogi mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and remaining french fried onions.
