Ingredients: @Poppi for the good vibes 2 sweet potatoes, cut thin like chips 2 chicken breasts @Siete Foods spicy taco seasoning 1 avocado 2-3 tbsp @FAGE greek yogurt 1/2 glove garlic A bunch of cilantro Juice of 1/2 lime Seasomings: cumin, salt, pepper, onion powder Toppings: lime wedges, cilantro, cheese, siete foods salsa, shredded lettuce Instructions: 1. Season sweet potatoes with above seasonings and avocado oil, and airfry at 400° until crispy 2. Coat chicken with taco seasoning, brown on both sides in cast iron, then finish baking in oven at 425°. Once cooked, cut into bite sized pieces and return to pan to coat with remaining seasonings and juices 3. In a blender, add yogurt, avocado, garlic, cilantro, honey, cumin, sat, 1/4 cup water and blend until smooth 4. Once sweet potatoes are cooked, place on baking sheet and top with chicken and cheese, then return to iven until cheese gets melty 5. Add additional toppings as desired 6.
