Par-bake pie crust according to the package or recipe directions, set aside to cool. 2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl mix sugar, salt, ginger, and cloves.  Set aside. 3. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in Carnation Evaporated milk. 4. Pour into the par-baked pie crust and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350. Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack and place in the fridge to chill. 5. To serve, remove from the fridge and serve with whipped cream!
