One of our favorite breakfasts to start the week off - German Oven Pancake or Dutch Baby (gluten free)🥞🫐 🤤 *Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place a large cast iron pan in the oven while you are making the batter, so the pan is HOT. Mix: 8 Lg. eggs 1 ¼ c. milk (Whole milk) 1 ¼ c. GF flour 1:1 ratio or regular all-purpose flour ¾ tsp. salt 1 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp vanilla After you mix the batter together, take the hot pan out of the oven and quickly pour 1 stick (1/2c.) melted butter into the pan, sprinkle 1/4 c. of white sugar over butter and add 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Then pour batter into pan. Put into oven for 15-20 minutes until set and slightly golden! Serve plain or with syrup!
