✨Homemade Costco Chicken Bake✨ • Let’s make my family’s favorite Costco food court item—right at home! • Ingredients • 4 chicken breasts • 1 lb bacon • 2 cups mozzarella cheese • Onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper (to taste) • 1 ½ cups Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade) • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) (I made my own Caesar dressing and pizza dough—ingredients below!) Homemade Pizza Dough • 2 cups lukewarm water • 1 ½ tsp sugar • 2 ¼ tsp yeast • 2 tbsp olive oil • 5 cups flour • 2 tsp salt Homemade Caesar Dressing • 2 cups mayonnaise • 2 cups Parmesan cheese • 4 limes, juiced • 6 garlic cloves, crushed • A few splashes Worcestershire sauce • Water (to reach desired consistency) • Salt & pepper, to taste ⸻ Instructions 1. Make the Pizza Dough 1. In a bowl, mix lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until bubbly (5–10 minutes). 2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour, then knead for 5–10 minutes. 3. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. 2. Make the Caesar Dressing 1. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. 2. Adjust seasoning and consistency as needed. 3. Cook the Chicken & Bacon 1. Cut chicken into small pieces. 2. Season with onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper. 3. Heat a pan with olive oil and cook until fully done. 4. Bake bacon at 400°F (200°C) for 10–15 minutes until crispy. 5. Chop both the bacon and chicken into small pieces. 4. Prepare the Filling 1. In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, mozzarella, and Caesar dressing. 2. Mix well, adding more dressing if needed. 5. Assemble the Chicken Bakes 1. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. 2. Place filling in the center, then fold and seal tightly. 3. Transfer to a baking sheet. 6. Bake 1. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 16–20 minutes, until golden brown. 2.
