Add flour gradually and knead until smooth. cover, & let the dough rise until doubled. ( about 1 hr ) filling: 1/2 cup butter (room temp) (113g) 8-10 garlic cloves, minced (24-30g) 1 tsp fresh parsley (1g) 1/4 tsp basil & oregano (0.3g) mix the filling ingredients in a bowl. roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, then roll it up and slice. place slices in a baking dish and let rise again for about 15 minutes.
