• ¼ tsp mustard powder
• ¼ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste 🥄 Instructions: 1. Boil pasta to al dente, then drain. 2. Melt butter over med heat, whisk in flour to make a roux (1–2 min). 3. Slowly whisk in warm milk until smooth. 4. Stir in seasonings, then cheese until melted. 5. Fold in pasta, mix to coat.
