SOURCE YOUR MEDICINE INTENTIONALLY Know where it’s coming from and who you’re getting it from. Trust matters here. 🕯️ 4. SET & SETTING IS EVERYTHING Create a space that feels safe, cozy, and grounded. • moody / warm lighting (nothing harsh) • pillows & blankets for everyone • enough room to lounge or lay down • a Japanese floor bed is chef’s kiss • a sick playlist + solid speaker Comfort = surrender. 🎶 5. PREP YOUR MUSIC + LET GO OF EXPECTATIONS Choose your playlist beforehand so you’re not searching mid-journey. And then… release expectations. You can set an intention, but 🍄 always give us what we need, not always what we think we want. Trust. Surrender.
