I saw @Jen Morales make the Pickle Dip and I had to make it! 🥒😘 Grillo’s Dill Pickle Dip Ingredients 1 container Grillo’s dill pickle spears, finely chopped 1 jalapeño, finely chopped 5 green onions, chopped 1 cup sour cream 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 container whipped cream cheese 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup bacon pieces 2 teaspoons pickle juice Hot sauce, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Finely chop the pickles, jalapeño, and green onions. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, Greek yogurt, and whipped cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix and pickle juice. Add the chopped pickles, jalapeño, green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon pieces. Add a splash of hot sauce, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
