I made five lasagnas when I took this footage. I cooked two of the lasagnas and sent the other three home with my daughter and her husband. One thing that is great about this recipe is that you don’t have to cook the noodles first. I usually wait until the next day to cook it to allow the noodles to soften, but it should be alright cooking right away. If you freeze the lasagna and don’t that it completely, it will take longer to bake than the recipe states. It may take over 1 1/2 hours.
