Defrost passion fruit purée and then pour into a large pitcher. 2. Make simple syrup by combining sugar and water and bringing to a boil in a small pot. Once sugar is dissolved, syrup is done. 3. Add simple syrup directly into the pitcher. 4. Squeeze fresh juices into same pitcher. 5. Add in Cointreau and tequila and give everything a good mix. 6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours 7. When ready to serve, add some ice, margarita mix to a pitcher and shake for 30 seconds until frothy. 8. Rim glasses with lime juice and tajin and pour in margarita.
