The WORST all inclusive I've EVER stayed @Royalton CHIC Antigua. Extremely poor customer service, lack of inventory for essential items, three hours for room service to arrive, no elevator to get to our room on the third floor, and on top of that they gave us the wrong room initially and tried to make us leave before the new room was ready.
