The softest pull-apart garlic brioche you will ever make in your life. 😭🍞✨ If you aren't brushing your fresh-out-of-the-oven brioche buns with garlic herb butter... what are you actually doing?! This dough is like biting into a warm, buttery cloud. ☁️💛 Ingredients For the Brioche Dough: 3 cups All-Purpose Flour (or Bread Flour) 1 packet (7g) Instant Yeast 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Warm Milk 2 Large Eggs (room temperature) 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (softened, added gradually) For the Garlic Herb Glaze: 3 tbsp Melted Butter 1 clove Garlic, finely grated or minced 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped A pinch of salt Method Step 1: Combine the Dry & Wet Ingredients In a large mixing bowl, pour in your flour. Make a small well in the center and add your sugar and instant yeast. Use your fingers to gently combine them with a bit of the surrounding flour. Pour in your warm milk and crack in the eggs. Begin mixing by hand to combine. Add the salt and continue to work the dough. Step 2: Knead and First Rise Once a rough dough forms, transfer it to a lightly floured wooden board. Gradually work in the softened butter, one tablespoon at a time, kneading continuously. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until the dough is silky, smooth, and no longer sticky. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour (or until doubled in size). Step 3: Shape and Second Rise Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a thick log. Use a sharp knife or dough scraper to cut the log into 9 equal portions. Roll each portion into a tight, smooth ball. Place the dough balls into a greased square baking pan. Cover again with the towel and let them rise for another 30–40 minutes until they are puffy and touching. Step 4: Bake and Glaze Brush the tops of the buns with a simple egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp of milk). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–22 minutes until the tops are beautifully golden brown. While the buns are baking, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. The second the buns come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic herb butter. Serve warm! #briochebread #breadtok #bakingtok #unfreezemyaccount #creatorsearchinsight
