A week Post-Op and I’m feeling really good. Still sore especially at night when I’m trying to get comfortable and still holding fluid but so much better than just a few days ago. The past two days have been slow walks and I will continue that this weekend. Next week I’ll incorporate small weights. The nurse said I can do anything below 5lbs to start so I’m happy with that.
