Flatten each piece into a circle, add about 1 tablespoon of the cheesy garlic filling to the center, then pinch the dough closed and roll into a ball. Place the balls seam-side down in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise again until puffy. Brush with egg wash and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
