Video Title / CaptionNo need for Triclosan, Glycerine, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), or even Fluoride when using this easy, healthy, non-toxic toothpaste. • Rather than just whitening your teeth, what if you could re-strengthen and build your teeth up again from the inside out! • No more super sensitive teeth. • This really simple DIY toothpaste not only helps to whiten your teeth, but remineralises them too! • Strengthening and improving the health of your teeth using only natural ingredients. • To help increase the results brought about by this toothpaste, it’s important to address the diet, as it plays a huge role in the overall health of teeth, as well! • I’ve noticed big differences in the health of our teeth over the past few years since switching to using our own homemade natural toothpaste. • My teeth are whiter than they ever were before, and I’ve noticed less plaque build-up when I’ve gone to my beloved holistic dentist. • Alright! Let’s make it: Ingredients (yileds (4) 1oz jars- adjust as needed. Shelf stable 3mon): 5 TBS Calcium Powder 2 TBS Bentonite Clay 2 TBS Baking Soda 2 TBS fine-grain Pink Himalayan Sea Salt 6 TBS Fractioned Coconut Oil 1 TBS Xylitol Powder 1 tsp Clove Powder 1 tsp Myrrh Resin Powder 10 drops Magnesium Oil 3 drops Peppermint EO 3 drops Cassia EO 3 drops Orange EO 10 drops black shilajit Instructions: 1) Mix all the powdered ingredients together in a bowl until well combined; Do not use *reactive* utensils if you’re using bentonite clay. 2) Add in the coconut oil one tablespoon at a time until you get your desired consistency, then add in the magnesium oil and mix to combine. 3) Add any optional ingredients, including essential oils or black shilajit. 4) Store in a small glass jar. 5) To use, dip a clean toothbrush into the paste, or scoop some out onto your toothbrush (again, if using bentonite clay in the mix, avoid reactive metals). Brush as normal, swirl the mix around the mouth for 30 seconds to one minute, then spit and rinse. • • • Herbalist Notes: . We get our coconut oil from @azurestandard and we love @akamai brand of bentonite clay and @blacklotusshilajit is our go-to for quality shilajit. . We love @fromaimplyearth for our essential oils as well! And our copper is from none other than @sortodo! . And if there’s anything you’re needing- let me know- and I might have a discount for you! . Don’t want to make the toothpaste? Support our farm and family by purchasing this at www.wcfmarket.com . What about metal fillings? Bentonite clay's primary properties, like its adsorption capacity and negative charge, are stable and not significantly affected by contact with metals in amalgam fillings. The *brief* contact during brushing isn’t likely to change these properties. This has also been discussed with my holistic dentist as well- and taught in my schooling. But like always, do your own research too and discuss further with your care team as well for even more information and what’s best for you! 🥰🫶 . Most the other ingredients are posted in our Amazon shop! . And example of a Non-reactive metal would be stainless steel. 🥰
