In December 2023, I went to Universal Studios for the first time. The truth is, I didn't know that every pavilion there was a roller coaster. I thought they were excursions. It's on the video. Of course, they asked if I wanted to go. I was very scared, but I was even more afraid to regret not trying it. The line was 1 hour long. And during this hour I prepared myself. I am a coach. My profession is to plan the path from point A to point B. And to find motivation. First. I agreed with myself that I would follow my breathing on the roller coaster. I will breathe often. Like in labor. Then the feeling that my organs have risen and I'm going to spit them out will be less. Spoiler alert: there was no such feeling at all 🥳 I breathed under control often and regularly. As a result, I was open-eyed the whole time on the roller coaster, smiling and hardly screaming. It was a thrill! 🚀🧘🏼‍♀️ And the second thing I did. I came up with an intention for this challenge. I told myself that if I ride this scary roller coaster, then some goal will come true. Because every action has a reason. And I found it for myself. For each of my challenges, I always come up with an intention. What will happen if I do it. And everything always comes true. It's a pity I can no longer set an intention when I'm skiing down a hill 😒 Because it's no longer scary and it will no longer be a way out of my comfort zone 🤓 Do you like roller coasters?
