To assemble, start with a layer of chopped strawberries, then a layer of sponge fingers soaked in the strawberry purée. 4. Add a generous layer of cream, followed by a layer of chopped strawberries. 5. Repeat with another layer of soaked sponge fingers, then finish with a final layer of cream. 6.
